Title: Any M1 Carbine Experts?

I am looking at a National Postal Meter M1 Carbine to purchase.  With all the research I have found all the stocks were just marked as NPM, however this stock has the full name on the right side of the stock.

Anyone seen this before?

I have not, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. The CMP has a carbine forum and the guys there have always been very helpful to me and really know their stuff.

I love these rifles.
