Thanks for the heads-up. I checked my permissions and it appears to be OK. It was a small file and its permissions were not excessive.
Fwiw, it's the Tesla light app.

One problem with their chart is that there are several apps named Flashlight. It would help to have the publisher so that people could tell whether they have the apps in question.
Mine is named Flashlight but is from Flash-the-Brain. It only wants "take pictures and video" so that it can access the flash.
