Sad that we can't even get our own people to work a table for us. :(  Do we have to bribe them with hats too?

For complete disclosure .... I am not affiliated (outside of my sister-in-law being a "big shot" with them) with NAGR in ANY way.... well I did get a t-shirt from her for Christmas.  That being said, I attempted to try and partner NFOA with NAGR, but there are some who objected.  This is fine by me, because they seemed they have more "knowledge" of NAGR and its history.  I trust that because I trust their character and friendship.  In the end, my thinking is let's ride each other's coat tails......

Besides, we ALL like seeing gsd's ugly mug at the NFOA table.  :)

I'm not a fan of NAGR.  They have done some shady stuff in the past.  They're based in Colorado, and the guys involved with the recalls there have some choice words about them.

Bullit/ Bkoenig- I agree, My opinion is to let them do the dirty, shady stuff, and we will take the high road and work WITH legislators, not jump to conclusions and fire off 'the sky is falling, send us money' emails. (Did ya'll get the one from Monday?) We actually walked into Karpisek's office and asked the questions. (Still a little iffy and we are planning a revisit)
We could be as big as they claim, but at what cost?
We also learned that their 'Membership' numbers are derived from anyone that has sign a online petition relating to Ron Paul, gun control, etc. etc. WE did it with "Boots on the ground" hard work (and word of mouth)

As for enjoying gsd's mug- your on your own there bullit. ;)

So that's how I got that random membership info in the mail...
