fill in the blank please, and be specific
-
Has ammunition and reloading supplies in stock ... in large quantities.
Beyond that, I can't think of a store that Omaha really needs that we don't have.
-
...sells logic by the pound. Along with a suitable installer.

farmer rick, that place is intersting,
buy a barret MRAD 338 lapua mag, bath time toys for my kid and some new tires for the wifes car all in one stop.
I'm to the point where going and sitting in the office cubical is slowly melting my brain and would rather work for myself than the skirt sitting down the hall..........
i'm dang near ready to pool all my money and get a small business loan and start something
200 yard underground shooting ranges might be hard though
-
Gun safety classes, concealed carry classes, indoor airsoft training range, indoor handgun range, NRA collectables, tattoos, tattoo removal, piercings, jewelry (traditional & piercing) knives, knife Sharpening, gun armorer service for every gun ever made (as long as it is a Glock)
O wait, Lincoln / Lancaster county already has that store.
(shameless plug)

Rumor alert, someone is talking about having an indoor private(ie. membership only) range in central Omaha. They have had business studies done and it sounds to be something that can be profitable, should have a gunsmith and locker firearm storage as well as mid range rifle and pistol ranges. Sounds like discussions are underway to purchase property.

Keep in mind 88 Tactical is going to be in Sarpy County with an indoor facility according to the OWH

Retail (I'm assuming retail since you asked about stores) is a tough business. You need scale or a very well-defined, profitable niche with little to no competition to be successful. You'll work nights, weekends and holidays because that's when people shop. You'll have to fight to compete with the online stores. I don't mean to burst your bubble, but the incidence of success of small retail stores is very, very low.
I've started several businesses over the years, feel free to shoot me a PM if you want to pick my brain.

You mean the new range going into the old Bakers store just south of 84th & Center St.?

I have heard it is something else, but you know how things get moved around and plans change as looking for real estate takes place.

New range in central Omaha? Are you referring to: http://4rgunclub.com/ (http://4rgunclub.com/)

That's not the description I was given but again who knows when things get moving about trying to get something built or purchased and what comes out of it.

Omaha might end up over saturated with indoor ranges very soon
I've long thought about a restraunt where you could get beef elk bison venison antelope etc.
I used to work for a guy that owned and ran steak house. I ran his bar and cateringfor a bit

Landon, there was a restaurant called the Nebraska Beef Company located at 108th and L, where the burger joint is now. Their menu was really impressive (had all the items you said plus about another 2 pages),and the food was fantastic. To bad they went out of biz.
They really did have the best food around in my opinion.

this is pretty much what I'd want
http://www.sammyswildgamegrill.com/index.html (http://www.sammyswildgamegrill.com/index.html)
except with maybe a little fuller menu ie steaks
but its my understanding all that meat has to be farm raised, so not like I could serve up the deer I shot next fall.
I also know one of the brothers that opened up that Dudleys Pizza place, they did it all themselves, I might do some research on this. as with a lot of restaurants, location location location, and that costs a lot in Omaha.

THIS ^^^^
I would actually consider going to Omaha if Fleet Farm opened a store.
-
I need an actual computer/electronics store. Scott Electronics is gone, Omaha Electronics is gone. Radio Shack sucks for people who really know something about electronics and need parts. This world is down to online ordering.

You can always do a day trip to Des Monies. Stopped by there, and that place was HUGE.

I wasn't sure the Germans do some crazy video editing at time....
Well by the fall the company I work for will be German owned. Maybe if I am lucky I will get sent there for some kind of training. I'll take notes on what Rob will need to buy when he hits the lottery!
