DS1 Course Description
Students will learn the fundamental skills necessary to use a carbine and pistol in competition and self-defense / tactical scenarios. The course starts with some discussion of shooting fundamentals and theory, then quickly transitions into live-fire on the range. This is a moderately strenuous course that requires some quick movement and will elevate your heart rate (accommodations can be made for shooters requiring special considerations.)
