West Virginia has entered into a concealed handgun reciprocity agreement with Nebraska.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey made the announcement Monday. Under the agreement, each state will honor a valid concealed carry permit issued by the other.
Morrisey says Nebraska previously recognized concealed handgun licenses issued by West Virginia.
West Virginia now has full reciprocity agreements with 31 states. Seven states have been added since July 2013.
Five additional states honor West Virginia permits, but concealed carry licenses issued by those states are not currently recognized by West Virginia.
Good news for us Nebraskans.

The quality of information put out by 10/11 is extremely lacking. Nebraska doesn't enter into reciprocal agreements regarding concealed carry. But, West Virginia now recognizes Nebraska CHPs nonetheless.

Just cousins, or is carrying while on a date with your sister an obvious "NO"?

Good news indeed!
My sister lives in Logan, WV. Unfortunately, I still have to drive through the southern tip of Illinois or add another 4 hours to the 15 hour trip by going south, around it.

Great news, now lets hope Minnesota falls in the shopping basket real soon.

Greygeek - Ill now allows you to keep your ccw with you as long as you don't leave the vehicle with it. No need to detour.

Try the NRA-ILA's mouse-over map. It's pretty nice and seems to have already been updated. http://www.nraila.org/gun-laws.aspx. (http://www.nraila.org/gun-laws.aspx.)
Yes, Minnesota is the one state really "missing" on the map in our neck of the woods. I wish they'd get that in place. I need to get up to Ikea!

Do you mean "Ikea" the store? If so, they are extremely anti-gun.... there is recent article floating around of a police chief IN UNIFORM being asked to leave by one their "Loss Prevention Officers"
