we need to make sure every Nebraska Legislator reads this!  We should make Nebraska a state where everyone has the right to conceal and carry without paying $100 and get finger printed and jump through so many hoops.  A great study just released today.

Notice Nebraska's small percentage of population licensed to conceal carry as of December, 2013 - just 2.17% vs. South Dakota's USA-best percentage of 12.03%.
