This guy was fired not for carrying his weapon at work but for simply admitting he owned a gun to a co-worker. An interesting read:

I wonder if it would be ok to fire someone if you found out they were against the 2nd. Amendment and didn't own a gun? (Zero tolerance on non gun owners)

Hoplophobia leads to brain-dead "zero tolerance" policies which are in opposition to Indiana state laws and the 1st and 2nd Amendment. Their ox is going to get severely gored.

Ive heard of it happening to people who have guns in there car,
but not someone who had them at home,
I just cant understand that
