Andy Allen posted this information over on Omahaguntech FB page.

The owner has responded to his post and is meeting with the zoning commissioner Tuesday regarding information that was furnished to his office but NOT to him...

Sounds like some basic miscommunications issues.  The owner remarked that the writer of the article did not contact him for any comments before posting.

Do you believe that?  Would you pursue any endevour that requires permits without confirming?

Hard to believe only 15 acres would be enough for anything of the sort.
