It doesn't matter what word you use and how much truth you explain: if you do not accept liberal orthodoxy on the issue of civilian disarmament, you're a thought criminal, and liberal dupes have been programmed to hate you.  So I prefer the word patriot, as opposed to an anti-gun bigot or member of the liberal cattle herd.  Those who have been indoctrinated into the liberal cult are not going to like me anyway, so I might as well. 

Good sources given in that essay.  I've brought them up in debates.  But anti-gun bigots simply don't accept them.
