Title: hr376 bill to ban KITS for making assault rifles, and home made recievers?

   this soulds like that are try trying to outlaw making your own.

Reads like it to me.

It's wording is so obtuse that if passed it could be used against Ace Hardware, or any other hardware store because using parts from Just about any hardware store I can build a 9mm submachine gun.
Such is life in an increasingly Socialist state.
