Does anyone know if u can CC OR OP in halleck park  in papillion never been there and was invited to a bbq was not sure its tomorrow    ty

Go to said park ....  if NOT "conspicuously" posted forbidding CC then you are good ... really that simple. Cannot speak nor guess on OC ordinances if any for Papillion

Now if I lived in Papillion I'd vote for him 2 or 3 times just to keep him in office.  Heck I may even drive over from Saunders County ....  Way to go Mayor !!!!
