Just wanted to put in a quick plug for Zombie Match VI!
The ENPS Zombie Match is a charity match benefiting the Marine Toys-for-Tots Foundation. This will be the 6th year we've had the match, you get to shoot 7 stages for a fee of only $20, or a new-in-the-box toy---and everything donated goes to the Marines.
The staff is donating their time, and the club is donating the equipment and range, and it is a match where you get too shoot ALL THE ZOMBIES.
:)
(And you can shoot the match with a .22 pistol, .22 rifle, or a centerfire pistol. Centerfire pistol is from the holster, and all .22s are from a ready position.)
Date: Sunday, October 25th
Cost: $20 or new-in-the-box toy (Free free to donate both! Or more!)
Match website: http://precisionresponse.4t.com/Zombie1/ZombieMatch.html (http://precisionresponse.4t.com/Zombie1/ZombieMatch.html)
Pre-registration would be MUCH appreciated. C'mon out and shoot!

My buddy has talked me into it. Says we are registered. I can't believe he is getting me out of the house and away from my family since they all have commitments already. Time to go out among the living and undead.

We just tried to register and it is closed? Is this event full already?

Since this is a charity match, it will never be so full that we will turn away shooters. :)
There was an error on the registration page---it closed on Thursday at 6pm for some reason instead of Friday at 5pm. That has been fixed, though.
So---it is open again until 5pm today.
Note: If you don't get registered online, that doesn't mean you can't shoot. It just means you need to get to the match on Sunday and get yourself registered prior to 8:30 (so show up WAY before 8:30, since there will be a line) so that you can donate and shoot.
Also remember: If you registered online, you still need to check in prior to 8:30 to donate, get your scoresheet, check your registration details, and sign off so we keep your registration in the scoring software. If you forget to check in, not only will you not have a scoresheet and won't be in the scoring software---most importantly, you won't have donated which is the reason for doing all of this in the first place!
We'll be out there today setting up stages starting at noon, then staff will be shooting it tomorrow. See you all on Sunday!
