A friend of mine got in trouble and needs advice on a good lawyer. The crimes he was falsely accused of are in Saunders County. He was falsely accused of domestic assault and threats with a firearm, which as we all know will deprive him of his 2nd Amendment rights. The police believed his accuser but hopefully he can get a good lawyer to help him set the record straight. Any recommendations?
Take the advice I gave him: if you're single, be careful who you get involved with; there are a lot of liars out there and a lie can cost you a lot.

Gary Young at Keating, O'Gara in Lincoln. He teaches the Legal Survival class, which I have taken and strongly recommend, represents police officers all over the state in use of force cases, and works with the Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network.
