They're looking to challenge the Lincoln-required registering/notification of sale of a hand gun, including a lot of identifying information about buyer and seller.
Hope this challenge proves successful.

a couple of real gems in that article the Lincoln chick says: "we're not regulating the owner-just the seller' and Conboy purporting that it's for our safety to register: 'It's just like licensing your dog'.
Thanks for addressing this Andy- since apparently you're the 'ONLY' one to complain.

This is just a start.
I want to challange all the city ordinances that violate our rights. The first part is finding these ordinances, I need your help to do this. If you know that podunk has an ordinance against firearms let me know, we need to put together a list of these in order to fight them.

Nice work!!! I'm happy with the way our rights are changing for the better in this state. Thanks to organizations like the NFOA and people like Andy, great job!

Thank you Mr. Allen for your taking the initiative in regards to these illegal laws.

AALLEN,you can look them up at their law library for the city ordances. Omahas in in the lower level of the Douglas County Courthouse on 18th and Harney Street side. You will have to go thru the security check before you go into the court house and take the door to your left incase you park across the street on 18th and harney. You will be walking past some outdoor tables for eating and smoking but that is the one way to get in from Harney and there are 2 hour parking meters on 18th street. rich17z
