Glad that didn't end worse than it did.  Kudos to the guy for being pretty respectful and keeping his calm.

My question is, did he provide the Philly PD with a copy of the recording and if so did they take action?

not sure.  on the tape he does say he is going to Internal Affairs and the cop tells him who to contact.

That guy open carrying needs a
1)  a life
2) an attitude adjustment

He didnt need to treat the officers like that and I have no  clue why he thinks he does not have to present ID upon request.

He helped escalate the situation by being a jerk to them first.

Because Pennsylvania law specifically spells out that he doesn't have to show ID and can't be detained if he wasn't breaking a law, just because he is OC'ing.  Had you bothered to read everything involved and investigated MPOETC you would not have asked such a silly question. That is unless you feel that your rights are not really rights. I applaud the man for standing up for his RIGHTS.
