Title: pepper spray

My daughter asked me if she can carry pepper spray when attending an event at the Qwest center. I need help with the answer> Thank you in advance .

Not sure about the Quest but I got some for my grandaughter and she is only 15. Our local police dept. told me that she is legal to carry it as long as she doesn`t use it on someone just because she gets mad at them. If she has a real reason to use it then she is ok.
