Title: Has anyone else had issues with SIG customer service?

Has anyone else had issues with SIG customer service?
I’m going to make a long story very short:

I sent my SIG556 Classic Swat in because it was failing to eject/extract (5/23/11). I immediately admitted to using reloaded ammunition. (If I broke it, I’ll pay for it. I just want it fixed.)

I am having trouble containing my frustration from talking to their customer service. Each time I call, they increase the expected turnaround time to accommodate how long I have been waiting. (I’ve been very professional and have been using the honey approach).

I even had one person say that there isn’t even a wait for rifle repairs: it’s been slow. They never have answers and many remind me that I am waiting in line.

I am looking to see what other people have experienced? At this point, I am ready to dump the rifle and never buy another SIG again.

CS for a P239 pistol was better than average. Fast with good communications. I don't know but maybe rifles are handled by another section of CS.
