An associate of mine has recently decided to delve into the world of custom grips. And he has some beauties.

Hmmm I have been eyeballing the RIA 1911's, get wonderful reviews and good shooters for the price, but their grips look awful and I have never found anything I deemed worthy. But those are some beautiful grips, definitely bookmarking this in case I break down and get one. (more of WHEN I break down and get one)

I've been eyeballing an ATI 1911, same situation, not if, but when, i get one. John does some top notch work, all of the photos on the site are of grips he did for a handful of us as a test batch.
