Title: 30.06 ammo question

A friend of mine told me that he has a ammo can full of 30.06. Says that the can and boxes are printed with "National Match, Camp Perry, 1963". He basically wants to know what it is, and if it may have any collector value. Supposed to be 400 rds in the can in boxes. Thats all I know at this time.

Any thoughts?
