Title: New Shooting Sport around Philadelphia
Post by: kozball on November 20, 2012, 10:19:58 AM
Had to post this up. Evidently there is a tiff between a local shooting club and some bleeding hearts. Save the pigeons.  ::)

That is not new at all. My mom raised and sold pigeons since the 50s, selling primarily for this and for people training dogs. This debate has been going on for YEARS.

"SHARK claimed “a single sharp rifle crack rang out..."

I'd like to meet the guy who shot this down with a "rifle"

I'm just surprised they didn't call it a fully automatic howitzer with exploding shells. Or some ****.

All seriousness though, there is some kid about 50 miles east of Kandahar that you want to meet then. Shot down a Raven UAV (small, low altitude, battery powered) with what was likely a old piece of **** FAL (or so we believe).

Nastily one sided article.
