Title: Any software developers?
Post by: wallace11bravo on November 23, 2012, 11:30:21 PM
I have an initial proof of concept for a training device/aid using publicly available software. What I have going right now proves that it is possible. In other words, it works, reasonably well. My computer skills are limited to end user level. If I want to go any further with it, I'll need some help.

I don't want to go too far into specifics, but it is relatively simple, and of course, firearms related.

Could be a good investment opportunity. If not, still a fun project.

Leave a comment, send a pm, or email me at wallace11bravo@yahoo.com if interested.

I'm a software dev, too.

I run my own company and am always on the lookout for fun ideas that can make money. :)

Any of you SoftDev's looking for a student?

Currently going to SCC for my CIT degree with the Programming focus, then transferring to UNL for CS.  Have very basic understanding of SQL and have used Python a bit. All self taught....

Would love a change in venue (work in IT currently as helpdesk/data entry).

Just sayin.

BTW, the project is now in development by a forum member (and myself, but I am of little use with computers beyond user level). Should be a fun project and likely profitable. When we are ready to release details, ya'll will be the first ones to know.
