Post up some cool shooting videos and whatnot. I need cheered up. I want to see people enjoying themselves with their guns.
Since I have the attention span of an 8 year old my latest obsession is lever actions. So, I've been lurking a lot over on the Marlin owners forum and I found this video. 400 yards with a vintage lever gun, open sights, shooting with a mirror!

Nice RobertH!
As for the first one, Annie Oakley he is not. Maybe as good of a shot, just not as pleasing to look at! HAHA!
OMG! I'd forgotten about HUSKERGUN. Now I will have to start therapy again.

Just so everyone knows, that is NOT Huskergun... Scott and I just like getting him all riled-up.
It's not too far from reality though... ;D

I used to go there;

.357 magnum w/ Skinner sights. A utility arm supreme.
-
Now that is a nice gun. I was torn between getting a .357 lever gun or something bigger, until I stumbled on a Marlin 336 in 38-55.
-
Didn't know they chambered that. Should be collectible some day. Get 'em while you can Marlin closed a factory a few yrs back.

They don't anymore, but the Cowboy model used to be available in 38-55. Mine is actually a rebore job from here:

I'm not sure, but they come highly recommended by the guys at the Marlin owners forum.
