What a low-information libtard of a news correspondent.....sheesh! Unfortunately, there are a whole lot of similar low-information sheeple amongst our walks of life.

As NRA, NFOA, and other organizations are doing, it is best to be proactive and stop all of this bs from becoming legislation in the git-go.

I like what the gentleman says regarding "unconstitutional laws aren't laws", but if legislation is passed and becomes law, it will take a lot of hoopla, time, and moneyola to (hopefully) have the legislation be declared unconstitutional. Not sure that the current USSC Chief Justice can be counted on as a supporter any more after he was a left field curve ball with the health care bill.

There isn't a "discussion",  only a lecture by the Left.

But that man was sage, rational and on point, not the foaming, radical "wing nut" that CNN hoped he'd be.

"Unconstitutional laws are not laws!"    Perfect!

Martin Luther King called them "Unjust laws".
