I ordered some parts from them on feb. 6 and haven't heard anything back everything was in stock . The issue I am running into is for a week I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone there, I've sent 4 emails and have called a lot. No answer on the phone and no email returned. Anyone run into this?

I had a similar issue with them. I ordered new springs for my 17 & 23. I did send emails and call with no luck. I did however get an email update my items shipped and I got them last week. I think I ordered on feb 5 or 6 th as well. I searched other forums and found similar stories, sounds like communication was an issue even before the recent hysteria  Good luck hope you get ypur items soon

Ugh, how did I miss this..... I was thinking about ordering a 17 gen 3 from them this coming week, guess Ill have to find another business.

Better to find out before then while you wait. Might be different as its a firearm not sure tho.

not looking good, I sent them a message asking if they had any FFLs in the south central NE areas already registered with them already to save me some running around two days ago, so far no response.
