If he could pull this rapid fire delivery off without the cuts in it ....... he'd be NRA PR GOLD.

That would be nice, but unnecessary. The message is the same.  I have no doubt that the NRA  staff will clean up the videos appropriately to make them appear to be one seamless event, even though anyone with experience in video editing knows that very few videos of people speaking are filmed that way.

Both good videos.
I`m not sure if ignorant is the proper term as used in the 2nd vid. Stupid, might be more appropriate, however IMO, all part of the `brainwash` campaign, and they know full well what they are doing.
