Title: RO Class in Grand Island June 22-23

Anyone going to the RO Class being held in Grand Island this weekend?

I am trying to decide if it is worth risking divorce.  Would like to go, buuuuuut...

Divorce???  for an RO class??? sheesh...

Take the wife, give her the credit card, let her shop while you're in class.  Then take her out for a nice dinner in the evening.  All is good!

I don't remember seeing the Grand Island RO class when I looked around the time ENGC was scheduling theirs. Do these occasionally get scheduled on short notice?

Yes.  They didn't have their scheduled back then.   You just have to keep an eye on the NROI site and/or know people around who generally are involved in the set up of the classes.

So the boss has given me the green light, but this is not the most ideal time for me to do it.  However, with my work schedule, it may be difficult to make another class in the area.  Hmmmm...what to do.

So no one else is going?

If you are considering it, I'd suggest contacting them to make sure there are still slots available.  They have to request packets from NROI, so you need to be sure you CAN attend if you didn't register for it.

Ok...I attended the class.  However, after the Instructor saw my performance in the practical portion of the course, he said he could not in good conscience allow me to become an RO.  I tried to slip an Abe Lincoln into his palm, but that didn't work either.

Oh well.  Maybe I will try again next year.
