My thoughts are that the people writing these articles don't know what they are talking about.

Hmmm.  Trusts = Lawyers.  Lawyers like $$$.  Reducing the number of trusts = Less Lawyer pay.  Most congress critters are ... Lawyers.  Lawsuits = Lawyers.  Lawsuits = $$$ for Lawyers. 

I may be wrong, but somehow I see lawyers and courts (and $$$) in the near future because of these “Executive Orders”.

I agree with the sentiment, though, and I think the Prince Law blog is covering these developments better than anyone else.
