i went off on an tangent in another thread and posted a picture of a slug I recovered this fall while deer hunting, so I was thinking it would be cool to see pictures of other recovered rounds and read the stories that go with them.
deer hunting morning of Nov 17th in Nodaway County Missouri with my Shotgun
neighbor was harvesting corn about 200 yards from me, a buck came out of his head row and onto my property and right up my trail, he stopped right at 25 yards and slowly turned left, now broadside I plugged him with my mossberg 500 with rifled barrel shooting winchester elite dual bond 12g 2 3/4 slug.
it hit him hard he ran 15 yards and head dove arse over head and that was the end, recovered slug in back shoulder
