Results are posted for the IDPA Nebraska Indoor Match that was held today at Thunder Alley Indoor Shooting Range in Lincoln, NE. There were 21 shooters!

https://www.uberscoremaster.com/?matchid=9D9270BA-775C-41C3-9EC6-F88755C26340

Many thanks to Thunder Alley for hosting the match and for helping me build the stages the night before, and kudos also to all those who helped out with scoring, pasting, picking up brass, breaking down the stages today, and stowing all of the stage materials.

Congratulations to the following IDPA members who were 1st in their respective divisions and classifications:
•   Chris Zeeb for 1st overall in the match
•   Chris Zeeb for 1st SSP SS
•   Cliff Leffingwell for 1st SSP MM
•   Tim Matthews for 1st CDP MM
•   Rick Krystoff for 1st ESP NV
•   Donald Rush for 1st SSP NV
•   Christopher Rossignol for High Junior
•   Tim Matthews for High Senior
•   Heather Dougherty for High Lady
•   Cliff Leffingwell for High Military Veteran
•   Tim Matthews for Most Accurate
•   Ron Attanasio for Most Bonehead Move of the Day (at the start beep, taking out another mag to load into the already existing loaded handgun, and then having to stash the mag before shooting the first shot, all to the tune of at least 4 extra seconds).

I bet if I played Uno with Zeeb he'd be yelling "Uno" when I had 5 cards left every time.

Good shootin' once again Chris.

Thanks again to Ron and Co. for their hard work and for running another fun match.

I've only shot a handful of these
events but like them.  Thanks for all the work you do to make these happen.

Apparently the banner outside the door must've fallen down and for some reason it wasn't mentioned much yesterday, but yesterday's match WAS the 2014 Nebraska IDPA Championship.  You would think it would've gotten more mention but maybe Ron didn't want to put more pressure on folks.

Possibly.  :)

On a fraction of a scale, I have a greater appreciation each event for the time and energy it takes to put on these events, especially those organizations (IDPA, USPSA, etc) that have more stages than what IDPA Nebraska is doing with its 2-stage indoor matches.  The pre-match preparation, the match itself, and the post-match decompression is definitely time-consuming and energy-draining, but fortunately the experience of the activity itself as well as the camaraderie with each and every participant is awesome.  8)

It is great seeing the interest in the IDPA sport developing.  Yesterday's match added a couple more dimensions than we typically do, and everybody went home safe and sound!  ;D

Not to mention all the brass some folks get.  :)
