What kind of wait times for turnaround on stamps are you all seeing these days?

Between 4-6 months. Some are coming back faster than others, but still a four month minimum is to be expected.
It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

I just bought a can at American Reaper and Scott also told me around 5 months.

I think they're just overloaded.  NFA sales are up because everyone wants to get in before 41P, but also NFA in general has been getting more and more popular.
