Need some help. My employer is nationwide, and they are revising their weapons policy to match state laws were applicable, and they have asked me for information regarding Nebraska. Not sure why they chose me, other than I live and work here and have a CC permit. They don't allow weapons in the office, of course, but as far as locked in a vehicle in the company parking lot, there is a big gray area they are trying to clarify. Is there anything in the law about allowing that? If there is, they want me to copy the verbiage and send it to our HR dept, otherwise they will ban it.
