Not the first time something like this has happened, sadly.  Two students in NJ were actually suspended last month for posting pictures from a family outing to the gun range.

I hope Kyle and his parents sue the school and the sheriff's office for harassment of a minor.  Not really a big fan of lawsuits per se, but sometimes it's the only way to hit them where it hurts.

Lawsuits are in style. Too bad there's so much hassle in the world. Since the anti-gun lobby wants to sue anyone associated with guns, we should give them rebuttals in the form of lawsuits.
