new ATF 2021R-05 rule,5/7/2021
« on: May 14, 2021, 05:09:07 PM »

Hey all,

Mr G and G presents on this topic, and why this is problematic.

Below is the link to submit comments to the ATF.  This is open for 90 days, but could possibly be shut down sooner.

I'd encourage you to comment on this so this can be stopped before it becomes defacto-law.

Please share your arguments on the topic here to help others.

I recommend submitting in writing only because it protects your privacy as this becomes part of the public record.  All instructions on doing so are in the link below.

Thanks

Comment submission deadline is August 19th, 2021.

There is still time to leave comments! Here is a link with a prepared statement. Keep in mind It is best
to make changes to the statement so it doesn't get grouped in as spam. I did a copy/paste from several
such letters. The red tape that could be created by this "rule change" would be truly detrimental.
Invite your friends and family to do the same!!

Government not being restrained by the Constitution as written is tyranny pure and simple.
