Yeah, what bad liars they are. On top of that to me the proposed ordinance will make it harder to just be able to possess a handgun since to get a CHP is stricter than just being able to buy and own one in Nebraska. All over the rest of the state the only disqualifiers to buying/owning a handgun are the ones on the ATF form 4473. This ordinance goes a step beyond that and uses the stricter criteria to obtain a CHP as a model for the registration which is bs in my opinion.

I agree that the requirements for a CHP are way too restrictive to place on the simple ownership of a firearm in light of recent 2nd amendment cases.
