I'm wondering if anyone here knows the answer or can point me in the right direction. I may sell a shotgun to a SD resident. Do I have to transfer it to him through a SD FFL?
As I recall there are some different rules for long guns transferred between contiguous states, but it depends on the laws of both states.
ETA: Never mind. It looks like that is only allowed for FFLs.
