Gonzalez had told police Jered Corn and Danny Gonzalez were trying to rob him outside a Milwaukee bar in May of last year. He said the shooting was in self-defense. Survivor Jered Corn disputed that claim. Gonzalez is to sentenced next month on the lesser charges of first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree reckless injury.

I see what they did there: Headline sez he was convicted of "Murder" ..... reckless homicide is not "Murder" .... if you read the article, he belived he was justified in self defense, and the jury did not ...... he took his chances with 12 and lost.
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.
