FFL Question
«

This is a question for the FFL holders out there!
I'm in the process of applying for a FFL and I'm a little confused by the "citizenship form". Who can sign the form and attest to my citizenship?
Called the BATF but was "parked" on hold and forgotten, so I never even had a chance to ask my question.
Any input is appreciated!

If you are a citizen, you certify your own citizenship.
I assume you're asking about the Form 5330.20. If so, and you are a citizen, you fill your name in 1 and 2.

Thanks for the help m0par! Can't believe it's that simple! How hard would it be to just put that on the form so people would figure it out???
