Our Nation, Our Rights, Our Lives

Some have claimed that one must be a lawyer and have legal training to be able to understand the Constitution and laws. This, however, is a lie. I do not, nor any mildly educated person, need a lawyer to tell us what the Constitution states; it is written plainly and directly, there is no interpretation needed. This was so all the people would know and understand the limits placed on government, so that the people would know when to fight back the governments over-encroachment. Nor should we need a lawyer to tell us what the law states. Laws should only be written plainly and directly; short and concise. There should be no additions to fund other programs or subvert anything beyond that specific law's purpose. If we cannot understand a law on our own, how could we possibly be able to follow it or strike it down as being abhorrent to the Constitution and the people. After all We the People are the final say in everything, We the People are supreme to all government.

The beauty of the 2nd Amendment is that it would never be needed until someone came along and tried to take it away in any amount and in any form. This is a sign that tyranny has come and has been here for quite some time, whether it be fast or slow, it is here.

"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."
Thomas Jefferson

And how do we keep the government in fear? By the people being armed and containing the spirit of resistance and dissent.

1. 2nd amendment has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH HUNTING! Nor anything besides self and national defense, fighting and guarding, against our own and any foreign government. The only true homeland security is the armed people, and that it is where it should remain and the only place it can be entrusted.

2. "Shall not be infringed" is only used ONE (1) time in all the documents. This is simple to understand: NO limits, NO requirements, NO restrictions, NO LAWS can be made. The founders knew that the government of any kind could not be trusted, even in the slightest.

The Constitution is binding on Government, not the People. "Shall not be infringed" means just that: Government has no authority and no power of any kind over this area.

"And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the Press, or the rights of Conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms; …"
Samuel Adams

"I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them."
George Mason, Virginia Delegate to the US Constitutional Convention
Co-author of the Bill of Rights and the Second Amendment

3. The Militia is the PEOPLE and has nothing to do with government and requires no government involvement of any kind, in fact it requires government stay out of it. The moment government starts dictating the militia, it ceases to be militia.

"Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American… [T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people."
Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Representative, 1788

4. The People are the true power of the nation, they are to be armed with the exact same weapons the modern soldier uses in combat. This is the only way to ensure freedom continues and it's enemies remain at bay.

"The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the people; that … it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; … "
Thomas Jefferson

5. "Well regulated" merely means in proper order. That it is up to every individual to be trained in tactics and weapons, to be able to stand and fight when the time comes and freedom calls.

6. Without the ability to stand equal to the military, ALL other rights will be stripped and there will be nothing to stop it.

Finally:
7. My rights!
8. My life!
9. NONE OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS! A law abiding citizen's life and what they do is of no one's concern. The ONLY time it ever becomes another persons concern, is upon that individual doing harm or the breaking of a law and never beforehand. And always handle on an individual basis, never as a group.

There is no compromise, no negotiation, and no discussion to be had. The debate was settled in 1791 with creation of the 2nd amendment.

So called mental illness should have no bearing on any natural and necessary rights, it is not a crime. The ONLY way for any rights to be taken from someone is in relation and proportion to the crime they, as an individual, commit and never beforehand. Once the punishment has been served, all rights are then fully reinstated.

Furthermore, should a law go against natural or Constitutional law, it isn't a law, it is null and void. No law or regulation at any level of government can violate the US Constitution, none have such authority. This includes times of emergency, unrest, and war.

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."
Marbury vs. Madison 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

"They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
Ben Franklin

Being armed is an essential liberty, a necessity to a free people.

"The ruling class doesn't care about public safety. Having made it very difficult for States and localities to police themselves, having left ordinary citizens with no choice but to protect themselves as best they can, they now try to take our guns away. In fact they blame us and our guns for crime. This is so wrong that it cannot be an honest mistake."
Malcolm Wallop, Wyoming Senator, 1933-2011

There is no such thing as gun control or other kinds of object control, there is only people control.

"The whole of that Bill [of Rights] is a declaration of the right of the people at large or considered as individuals...t establishes some rights of the individual as unalienable and which consequently, no majority has a right to deprive them of."
Albert Gallatin, New York Senator, 1793

I am posting these types of things to educate people so they will have ammo to fight back with. So yes, use this information.

I have even tried sending it to the news and the newspapers, but they refused it...as expected.
