The school board claims that they were trying to identify "at risk" students due to a recent spat of suicides. The students were asked to self-report what might be interpreted as criminal behavior. Their names were on their questionnaire. Having taught for 18 years I suspect that those students who were doing "forbidden" things would probably lie about it on the questionnaire. Apparently that possibility never entered the minds of the geniuses who made up and handed out the tests.
