Duck and Goose Land
« on: August 29, 2013, 01:03:35 AM »
A few buddies and I lost the private land that we would always hunt on for the past few years as the owners sold the land. I am looking to see if anyone knows of some private land we could hunt.

Anything out there? We are always willing to help with labor for land to hunt on.

It's all but impossible to get a stranger to open up his land to those he doesn't know. Especially over a non face-to-face forum such as the internet, and when there is most likely family and friends that already have hunting rights.  Best way is the old fashion way of knocking on doors and being polite and professional.  It also helps if you do this far out of hunting season, and not on the day/week you wish to hunt.

We've done all that but like you said people have friends and family that hunts it or they don't want people hunting. I figured this would be a way to see if there was anything out there without taking a lot of time.
