The Nebraska Firearm Owners Association's mission is to advance effective firearms legislation and training opportunities throughout the state of Nebraska.  We have created this online learning management system to provide our members and citizens in Nebraska access to training and education in support of their ability to be responsible, law abiding, informed and educated firearm owners.  In consideration for being allowed to access these training modules, you release from liability and waive your right to sue the Nebraska Firearms Owners Association, its Board of Directors, Members, Volunteers, and agents, collectively “NFOA”) from any and all claims, including claims of NFOA's negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), criminal charge, criminal conviction, or economic loss you may suffer or which may result from your access and utilization of the information and resources contained within this course.
