The Official Weekend Coffee Meeting
« on: September 13, 2013, 08:13:54 AM »
It was brought to my attention yesterday that I should lock in a repeating date for the Weekend Coffee meetings. After hashing it out with a NE Bull, we decided that the most logical option is as follows:

The meetings will be held at D & K Cafe in Gretna, NE on the first Saturday of every month, from 0900hrs until whenever we decide to leave.

This will be a repeating Meeting, occurring every month, which will allow everyone interested to plan for it.

Little late for this month, but we will start  this next month, in October.

Hope to see y'all there!

great idea!  i'm glad you guys are taking the initiative to get stuff going!  even though it is monthly, a weekly reminder on the forum might be good too.

DanW, is there a way to post a reminder for thuse starting a week in advance? Anything automatic  or we can just start a thread.

Jeremy, nothing automatic. Remember Oct 5 is the Team NFOA trap shoot if you are going to have to fill in

you drug yourself into this one bud :)

I know this is my baby, and with them being on a set recurring day they can happen whether I am there or not. I've been way too occupied with work, school and my health to be able to focus as much attention on these as needed.

I'm wondering what his drug of choice was?  :D

(I suspect he dragged himself into it, unless it required medication to make the decision!  :D )
