NFOA on the news...
« on: January 09, 2014, 09:31:58 PM »
Kearney news group KFXL aired a bit on the billboard. Well laid out segment, short, but ya gotta start somewhere! This is the kind of publicity that we need to start garnering, and our "Fearless Leader" did an excellent job in his delivery of our goals, even with the probable creative editing done by the news team. Geeze we even got a whole MINUTE of air time!

I'm not super tech savvy, so I DVR'd the news, then recorded it with my phone. Quality stinks, but you get the idea:)

It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

Thanks Dave.

Perhaps it's time for the NFOA to have it's own Youtube channel?

Thats an interesting idea...what would you put on it? Reviews, updates on legislative proceedings, safety videos?

anything and everything.  that would almost augment our FB and NFOA forum.  it would also help if we get twitter, instagram, etc.

interviews with board members, legislators, safety stuff, hunting stuff, conceal carry stuff, Q&A segments, strange NE gun laws, etc, etc, etc.

Postings linking to news articles and videos which show how firearms protected homes and stopped crime.  Most of those kinds of articles never make the major media for obvious reasons.

Well, this as good a time as any.
Who might be interested in helping out with such an project?

the Kearney segment is already there?

at any rate, if you are not youtube familiar, i've watched videos on gun cleaning, shooting, aiming, product reviews, etc....  all could be done by NFOA members and sponsors.   could get pretty interesting.
