Has Anyone Tried Laserlyte Plinking Cans??

If You Haven't Seen 'Em, Please Look Here;

If you've used them, what's your verdict?????

[Apparently, after buying the three plinking cans for $100, it's still necessary to buy the laser cartridge insert for your firearm.]

I would be interested in feedback,too.
After the fun I've had using the LASR system, I thought something reactive like these cans would be a hoot (ya know, for the children)

Haven't tried them but they look like fun.  Kinda like the looks of some of their other target products also.

I wonder how hard it would be to build something like this.

Optical sensors are cheap.  Solenoids are cheap. Springs are cheap. Batteries are cheap.

Darned Tin Cans aren't cheap:   $115 Buck$, plus tax.

If you built your own, you could put them in just about anything you wanted:

Or just set them up to ring a bell, whatever.

Or put them in a mannikin that says, "Ouch!".

I have a laserlyte gun and the laser insert and the two laser targets.  Absolute junk.  Don't waste your money.  The laser battery life is stupid and you receive very poor feedback on your shots.  Buy the Sirt and while the LASR system is a little wonky, it works well enough and is dependable.  I let my kids have the laserlyte stuff and even they hate it.  They love the Sirt though.
