Tickets for the SATURDAY May 3rd  @ 5:30 P.M.  FNRA Banquet & Auction can be purchased in advance “ONLINE” at  https://www.friendsofnra.org/EventDetails.aspx?eid=50635&sid=28

Eastern Nebraska Friends of the NRA Omaha Chapter will host its 2014 FNRA Banquet at the “Keystone Center” on SATURDAY MAY 3rd. The Friends of the NRA provides grants to shooting sport organizations in Nebraska. In February 2013, $127,500 in grants were awarded to 38 groups across Nebraska including: law enforcement agencies, youth education and shooting programs, High School trap clubs and shooting range improvement projects. In 2012, ENGC was awarded a $29,000 grant that was applied toward the cover on the 600 yard range.

Now more than ever shooters from across the state should consider supporting this worthy cause and the FRNA Website contains much more information. The Friends of the NRA is a 501 C (3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible.

The “Keystone Center” is located at 7811 Military Ave, Omaha, NE 68136. Doors open at 5:30 P.M. with dinner at 7:00 P.M. Tickets are $35 each which includes dinner and raffle entry. There will be silent auction items along with games and a live auction of some hard to find rifles, pistols and shotguns. Group tables for 8 may be purchased for $300. Please consider supporting the Friends of the NRA this year as it continues to provide needed funds to enhance the shooting sports across Nebraska.
If you don't know your rights, you don't have any!

This is an awesome banquet and auction. We went for the first time last year and had a blast.  Came home with a few new "toys" and a lighter wallet, but it went to a great cause.  Platt Brabner stopped by the house the other day and we have a table already reserved, wouldn't miss it.  This would be a good place for the NFOA to get some tips for their next banquet.  I went to the last one you guys had and was very disappointed....bought a $500.00 table, had to sit way in the back, and we were also one of the last tables to get our food, even the cheap seats got to eat first.
