Kansas taking NFA sign off to the legislature.

Long story short- Makes CLEO sign off a MUST SIGN as long as no dings on background check, or prior incident.

This needs to be pushed next year for Nebraska! Not that I want the NFA on the radar but it is a issue that should be addressed it would be nice if LB1030 would have gone further...
