USPSA Range Officers Course
« on: March 17, 2014, 08:25:19 PM »
Spent the weekend in a classroom at Creighton University and at ENGC working out the USPSA Range Officers Course.

Fourteen (14) earnest pistoleer students under the tutelage of Troy McManus of the National Range Officers' Institute as the course instructor.   Troy is a solid instructor of the Kind Who Really Knows What He is Doing and Makes You Glad You Came.

Most Interesting Individual in the class was a 15-year old high school girl who worked to save her money to attend the class.   She was an excellent student and was the Chief Range Officer for the range portion at ENGC on Sunday morning.

Imagine:   A 15-year old Young Lady as a full-fledged USPSA RO.   From the way she conducted herself all through the course and the way she shot her handgun on the range, she'll do just fine.

Her dad is an NFOA member and a frequent poster on this Forum.

Great thing about the Shooting Sports:   There's always something new to do.

Yup, gotta watch out for those little blonde girls that like to compete with the big boys. Little bit of an intimidation factor for the soon to be suitors.  8)

And she shoots pretty darn well also. ;D
