The Nebraska State Fair is it legal to carry CCW with CCP or is this designated a park and posted as so?

I came in from the East...... saw no nasty signs........BUUUUUUT - Is that not University Property?
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.

It doesn't transfer to the University until Jan. 2010.

Last time I went to a gun show at the fairgrounds, there the were NO CCW signs at the East entrance too, I think near where the road forked, but the recent construction  work might  have moved them.
