CCW denial
« on: June 02, 2014, 08:59:59 PM »
Hey guys, I got denied today for my CCW due to a ticket I received for shooting off the road back in 2010 when I was in high school. I was wondering if it would even be worth it to petition this decision of the State Patrol or if you think I would stand a chance. Let me know ASAP as you know I don't have long!

IANAL, but it looks to me like you are ineligible until 2020 if you were convicted of shooting from the road...pretty stiff price to pay IMHO

Should have thrown lawyer money at it, until it was no longer a gun crime.
